Apple's latest MacBook Air equipped with an M1 processor is an excellent, lightweight and productive laptop for school or work. it has excellent performance, excellent battery life, and it runs completely quiet.
Thanks to Apple's new processor, it is powerful enough to provide good service to most people, and its new fanless design is a huge improvement. Laptops usually start at $1,000, but now you can buy them on Amazon for $850. This is a new historical low, and it is $50 cheaper than the price of laptops that have been hovering over the past few weeks.
The base model comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, but you can also grab the 512GB model for less now, too — $1,099 to be exact, or $150 off its normal price. The extra-storage models ship relatively quickly, but you'll have to wait until the end of August to get the base laptop in your hands.
The design of the Air M1 is familiar, but this is not a bad thing. It's the familiar thin and light bezel, with a beautiful 13.3-inch Retina display, a large, accurate trackpad, and a comfortable keyboard. Yes, you have to deal with a 720p webcam and two USBC ports.
