The next year's "iPhone 14" series is expected to launch high-end models with a new titanium alloy chassis design. The use of titanium alloys will reportedly be one of the biggest design changes for the "iPhone" series in 2022.
The use of titanium in the iPhone will be Apple's first. The company currently uses this material for some Apple Watch Series 6 models. The physical Apple Card is made of titanium, but the latest iPhone is made of aluminum and stainless steel.
There are rumors that next year's iPhone will have bigger spec changes than the next iPhone 13, indicating that Apple will designate 2022 as the superior of the iPhone, or that more people will upgrade to the latest model than usual.
The report also mentioned market rumors that Touch ID may return to the iPhone in some form. If it is not this year, then next year, it will be implemented either on the side button or in the form of an in-display fingerprint sensor.
